Fermina “Precy” Clet was extremely involved in the selling of our house in Schenectady, NY. Our house needed work before we can put in the market. We live 230 miles away from the house we are selling and Fermina “Precy” managed to supervise the renovation on our behalf. I would say major renovations/repairs were done and not just decluttering or deep cleaning and yet she was on top of everything. She has a good knowledge of the real estate market and her recommendations are impactful, from prepping to getting to closing day. She is very creative that even the pre-sale inspection was done to make sure there are no hidden issues before listing. She made our house very appealing taking care of the landscaping as well and created a welcoming focal point on the front porch. Selling a house can be stressful but with Fermina “Precy” as our agent, the selling process was smooth. Our house was listed on Friday and got an offer, open house Sunday and got another offer, our house was sold in 3 days! Precy has been nothing but an amazing realtor. She showed us our new home just based exactly on what we needed as family. A short story. We were looking at houses and stumbled upon Precy showing a home to another couple. She gave us her card and a wonderful relationship ensued. We had an issue getting a pre-approval but that didn't stop Precy. She stayed in contact with us while we struggled. Leaving positive messages and staying with us. We finally get our pre approval and Precy jumps into action showing us homes and helping us every step. We get our VA loan with Ira Bodenstein Loan Depot (highly recommend) and we're off. We had several hiccups along the road but Precy stayed in contact with us and Ira. She was totally involved with our underwriting and renovation process team and contractors.
